İskender, Elif Şafak’s new novel looking at the situation of immigrants through the story of a Kurdish family that immigrated from Turkey to the United Kingdom was presented to Greek readers in an event organised in Thessaloniki on 7 October 2015.
Among the speakers at the event were author Dr. Zoi Hatzistavrou, educator Othon Thermos and translator Lale Alatlı, well-known for her novel translations from Greek to Turkish.
